Windows 10: "Looks like you don't have any applicable device(s)" Error Message

Whenever I try downloading a game with my Game Pass on the Microsoft store it comes up with this message. An example being Hellblade Senua's Sacrafice, but with Microsoft's on games like Forza Horizon 4 there is no message, and instantly downloads.

usb deviced not dectected in windows application

I have an application running in Windows 10. The device is recognized by windows 10 but not by the application.

After the device is plugged into the usb port and recognized by windows 10 the error message in the application appears Device Not Detected

I was wondering if the a resolution to the problem or a list of steps i may follow to debug the problem

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Confirm what applications you were accessing when you've encountered the error.
• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
