Windows 10: USB ports and Bluetooth stop working after Windows 10 update on LG Gram laptop

Some months ago I executed a normal Windows 10 update on this computer, and the USB ports and Bluetooth function stopped working. I have tried many, many things to fix this, including support from the manufacturer and the store (Fry's) that sold me the computer, without success. I now want to try reinstalling an earlier version of Win 10 to see if that will help. Where can I find an ISO to download of 64-bit Windows 10, circa April 2018?

USB 2.0 Ports Stopped working

Hello,

I recently noticed my USB 2.0 ports have stopped working, but my USB 3.0 port is functioning perfectly.

Steps i have tried:

- Restarting

- Searching for device changes in Device manager

- running troubleshooter

all these suggested fixes didn't remedy the issue, its a bit of an inconvenience that i only have one functioning USB port
