Windows 10: Are there AI programs for Outlook Calendar/Email? Windows 10 (I have PTSD)

I know Cortona looks for appointments or mail. Is there anything else that could look for appointments? Or any programs which might recognize appointments and automatically add them to calendar, I have PTSD. So my working MEMORY & SHORT TERM memory along with executive function are bad. I schedule appointments with multiple places. I have 2 separate hospitals which use their internal emails I must log into. But they submit my appointments there.


I DO NOT miss things. But if there is anything that could "mine" or "farm" "crawl" for appointments? Or any additional type to really integrate my life with Cortona or other tools? I use Windows 10 as well. So am open to any suggestions you might have. Sometimes I view appointments, packages or events but I do not remember to add them. What is the best possible solution you use? I want it to work with my phone (Android Version 6)

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

Not sure whether you want to achieve this via macros, but without using macros, you can try subscribing to your Google calendar in Outlook. See:

Update:

1. Log in to your Google Calendar account.
   
2. In the left column, click My calendars to expand it, click the arrow button next to the calendar that you want to add to Outlook as an Internet Calendar Subscription, and then select Settings and sharing.
   

1. In the opened page, scroll down to the "Integrate calendar" heading. Find the "Public address in iCal format" line.
   
2. Copy the URL which is the .ics URL you need to enter in Outlook.
   
3. Next steps in Outlook should be the same as it mentioned in the article I mentioned above.
