Windows 10: Right click not responding......

Yesterday i reset my windows 10 and after the fresh startup , when i click the right mouse button (right click) on desktop .....then it did not respond infact only the blue circle was just loading , loading and still loading.......How to resolve this problem please tell if you can help

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Cortana on my PC not responding right to some voice commands

A corrupted system file after the update must've caused Cortana to not respond properly. To resolve this, we suggest that you reset Cortana.

Here's how:

• Click on the search bar, and type PowerShell.
• Right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then click on
  Run as administrator.
  
  Note: If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click OK.
• In the PowerShell window, run the following command:
  
  Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
