  1. Multiple BSOD after startup

Hello, I've had problems with BSOD for years now and decided to get myself a new GPU for Christmas as the old one was the reason for most of my crashes. After I installed the new one the amount of BSOD decreased but I'm still having them on startup and now I can also get random freezes playing games. I was wondering if anyone could help me read these dmp files.

    Two dmp files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xNM2YFeBGjikCBZKLHbpS7YE4s7IqOVX/view?usp=sharing

    Windows version: 10.0.17763 Build 17763

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3701 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Duke OC

    Troubleshooting:

    1. I have the latest Windows updates.
    2. I tried SFC / SCANNOW which shows no errors.
    3. I tried Windows Memory Diagnostic, the first time it froze in the middle of diagnosing with an error saying that something is wrong, then I ran it twice where it found no problems. (RAM is still my suspect)
    4. I ran Malwarebytes which found no problems.

Event Viewer: I keep getting these warning and error events whenever I start my computer.

    1. The Open procedure for service "WmiApRpl" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmiaprpl.dll" failed with error code The device is not ready.. Performance data for this service will not be available.
    2. The Open procedure for service "MSDTC" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdtcuiu.DLL" failed with error code The system cannot find the file specified.. Performance data for this service will not be available.
    3. The Open procedure for service "Lsa" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\Secur32.dll" failed with error code Access is denied.. Performance data for this service will not be available.
    4. The Open procedure for service "ESENT" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\esentprf.dll" failed with error code Access is denied.. Performance data for this service will not be available.
    5. The programspesifikk permission settings do not grant Lokal Aktivering permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user DESKTOP-IOLJV6M\sindr SID (S-1-5-21-464147941-4218001548-1736473136-1001) from address LocalHost (bruker LRPC) running in the application container Ikke tilgjengelig SID (Ikke tilgjengelig). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

1 - 4 will only happen once when i boot the computer up while 5 will happen multiple times.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

The relevant Parameter appears to be 0x41284 which means, A PTE or the working set list is corrupted, which in itself means nothing to most of us poor Windows users. I still wonder if this is not just bad RAM?

Is it possible to remove one stick of RAM for testing purposes and then test all sticks one at a time (that's is you have multiple sticks of RAM, otherwise it is a daft suggestion on my part).

  4. Multiple BSOD after startup

    Nvlddmkm.sys BSOD on startup?

The problem is the laptop (specs in signature) not rig in system specs.

Sometimes when I switch it on, Vista loads normally.
Other times, just after the horizontal 'loading' bars and before the Vista orb appears, I get a BSOD of Nvlddmkm.sys or Nvlddmkm.dll then the laptop reboots, BSOD's, reboots... it can happen like 5 times!

I've been googling all morning but apparently there's no solution to this?

It does the BSOD only during startup. Once Vista loads, it never BSODs not even during a game.
