Windows 10: Headphone jack not detecting earphones after plugged in

There was no problem till december, when i lastly plugged in my earphones. Yesterday, after plugged in, they were not detected by laptop and the song continued in speakers. I checked for drivers and even sound settings, but the only device showing is basic speakers. Earphones, after plugged in, are not even showing any sign of even plugging. However, they are working fine in mobile.

Headphones are detected as earphones

So my headphones are detected as earphones and this is changing the headphones sound and make it bad, so can someone help me how to change them to be headphones. They are Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma, and they are with usb. I tried to change the plug but always
its earphones. I just want to change the setting from earphones to headphones. Thanks!

Audio jack seems not detect my headphone


I have a windows 10 laptop and up until yesterday everything was fine , and suddenly it seems that my audio jack doesn;t detect my headphone. I connect my headphone to the audio jack, but the sounds just came out my laptop's speaker. I've tried to switch to my earphone and the result is the same. I've tried several solutions like uninstalling my driver or trying to get to the sounds properties , but the results are the same. Please give me your help , and btw I'm new here.
