  1. Need help with Windows.SecurityCenter 10016 Event Crashing PC (Clean install)

Ok, I've been researching this issue for a while now. I see a TON of posts about it but nothing that will resolve the issue. This apparently goes back until the year 2016 from what I've been seeing, yet I've only had this issue since December 2019 when I built a new PC and made a clean install of windows 10 pro. I've searched for the errors in the registry, gave permissions to where everyone says it should be given to. I don't know what else to do anymore. It's frustrating as hell! The PC just shuts off, but power is still on, and becomes unresponsive. This happens a few times throughout the day when I'm using it. I've fixed other errors already but these here are just not wanting to be fixed apparently!

    The errors are these:

The Genie Timeline Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 5000 milliseconds: Restart the service. (I uninstalled the Netgear Genie app thinking this may be the culprit. Waiting to see.)

I replaced my computer name with ***** for privacy.

Please help me resolve this... Thank you so much in advance!!!

    i have the event 10016

    Hi ilia,

In general, the event 10016 can safely be ignored because they do not adversely affect functionality
    and are by design
. When your computer crashed, did you encounter a blue screen error and a stop code? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps yet?

    Regards.

Event ID 10016 means a program, the Clsid displayed in the message, tried to start the DCOM server by using the DCOM infrastructure. Based on the security ID (SID), this user does not have the necessary permissions to start the DCOM server.
