Windows 10: Web camera error in dell vostro 3459

I tried to use my webcam but it says no camera attached. I also opened the Device Manager but there is not anything like Imaging Device. Even after clicking Scan for hardware change on Action Menu nothing appears. I had tried all possible ways of installing new driver but I haven't found the way to download webcam driver. Could anyone please tell me how to solve this problem?

I purchased desktop inspiron 3459 dell with window 10 installed in it , now i cant open my webcam and it shows error code 0xa00f4243(0xc00d3704). i had uninstalled and restarted as directed by many sites , but it is still showing as an error.pls help

 

Windows 10 update 1607 - constantly failing...

The Dell Vostro 3560 is not listed as compatible with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. I would wait a few months then check back periodically to determine compatibility.
