Windows 10: Cant Stop Skype Windows 10

Just got a new laptop, and its got the stickiest program Ive ever seen. Skype started up and signed in on its own. I havent installed it or ever signed in with it myself.


I go to uninstall programs, and it's nowhere in the list. I right click it in the toolbar, and there is no Quit option. I go to task manager and end task on it. After a minute it pops back up. I found the folder it's in and tried to delete it, but as sole owning admin of this laptop I dont have permission to delete it.

And not only that but also:

Windows 10 Anniversary Update will double the number of Start menu ads/promoted apps

Sure, all that stuff can be uninstalled but then again who needs more crapware

edit: without that W10 clean installation could've been much faster just like on ltsb version

clean out-of-box start menu on W10 ltsb
