Windows 10: Problems trying to install microsoft suite

My computer has been having problems for a while and I decided to reinstall windows. The computer is about 7 years old. Everything went well until I tried to install the works suite 2004. I realise that this is an old programme but it does what I need and I had it previously installed, and it worked fine. When I tried to re-install the suite I get a message which says " There are other users logged onto this computer. If you install or remove a program or change a programs installation while another user is running it, there may be problems with the installation. To properly install r change or remove the program, click cancel, and then switch to and log off each user. Then run set up again".


I went online and found a tutorial which remedied the problem for them but it does not help me. The video simply changed the permissions to full control for the system profile. However both system and administrator profiles have full control selected. On the example it was only one. When I have tried to deselect the full control option under administrator profile I received a warning message. I went ahead anyway thinking I can simply change it back but it didn't work and an error message was shown when I tried to install the works suite. Any guidance gratefully received, thanks

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

So many problems trying to install Nokia suite / PC Suite

Hi

I installed Nokia Suite 3.2.100. But when I try to open the photos uploaded from Nokia Suite it gives an error message as per attached. I checked with customer care and as per their suggestion uninstalled the Nokia Suite & reinstalled but the problem is
still there. How can resolve this problem.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
