Windows 10: Make video more clear

Hello everyone,
I'm writing from Italy so please forgive my english.
I'm am not good with computer graphic and video editing...
My bike has just been stolen and I have obtained the camera footage but the quality is very low.. does any of you know if it is possible to recognize the face of the thief?

Clear Pagefile on Shutdown


I've been looking into clearing the pagefile, and I found the following steps at a somewhat dated webpage:

1. In the registry editor, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
2. Set ClearPageFileAtShutdown to the REG_DWORD value of 1.
3. Restart Windows.

I'm just wondering whether those steps are still valid, and, if so, does clearing the pagefile work as advertised?

 

Clear history in music + videos

So if you have a history item you want off that list, the only option you currently have at this time is to play other items. As they appear in the list, the older history items will scroll off the list.

I would ask that you consider offering your thoughts at the official suggestion box and hopefully someone on the team will push to have that implemented.

Clear Zune Video History?

Hello Tzon:



Thank you for your post to the forums regarding managing your viewing history. There have been a couple of other suggestions on how to get this information cleared from the phone.

I personally have not been able to reproduce the issue. I have accessed Youtube from Internet Explorer and multiple applications. After watching these videos there is no mention of the video in my music and video application nor do I see the video referenced
when I connect the phone to the Zune software on my PC. If I am missing what you are reporting, let me know.



What I have found from others reporting this issue are as follows:

• Connect your phone to the Zune software and delete the contents of your phone. You can then sync back the content you want on your phone.
  
• You may want to try clearing your browser history and restarting the phone.
• Finally, some have gone as far as resetting their phone.
