Joystick twitching on computer. Works fine on other computers.

Works fine on other computers.: I have a thrustmaster HOTAS X and when I use it on my pc the rudder which is located on the back of the throttle keeps twitching in windows. And as I push my throttle forward the rudder also moves. But the strange thing is that this doesn't happen on any of my other computers... -
