    Seeming stutter after login?

Hey guys I recently upgraded my build and I notice that for about 1-1.5 seconds after I login the mouse will pause/stutter and then everything will be fine and it doesn't do it anymore, I don't have any errors or anything so I am a bit lost on why it is doing it on this new build and I do not recall doing it on the old build. I have 1809 installed and background apps all shut off.

It is on an NVME drive. I managed to beat it in a sense of words to the task manager and noticed that the hard drive activity spikes between 10-70% upon logins when it happens but I still don't think personally that this should occur and was just trying to resolve it before anything else arises from it. The only thing that is permitted to run upon login in the task manager start up tab is..

Realtek HD Audio Universal Service and Windows Security notification Icon.

Anyone else have this issue? Or am I just being crazy?

    Cpu: 8700
MB: z390 pro carbon ( latest bios )
ram 32gb lpx @2.4 XMP enabled
    Storage: NVME 970 evo 1tb(Primary) - storage 960 nvme 512gb - WD black 2tb
    PSU: 850w evga g2
    GPU: evga 1080 ti ftw3

any and all help or ideas are welcome. Sorry if I am being crazy but this is driving me nuts lol.

    :)

    Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    • Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

    • Have you installed any language pack?
I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Hope this helps. If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help.
