Windows 10: Cannot instal msvcr110.dll

Discus and support Cannot instal msvcr110.dll in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have installed WAMP to use with WordPress on my pc but when I try to use it get error message saying file MSVCR110.exe was not found.     Cannot instal msvcr110.dll


    I have installed WAMP to use with WordPress on my pc but when I try to use it get error message saying file MSVCR110.exe was not found. I have tried installing it several times from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679# and although I am told installation has been successful I still cannot get the drop down menu when clicking on the WAMP icon on my toolbar. I am using Windows 10 and downloading

    VSU_4\vcredist_x64.exe since my system is 64 bit. Any ideas what is wrong?

    Can't open my mail because, it says,: MSVCR110.dll is missing...this is after yesterday's upgrade of Windows 10...How do I get that missing .dll?

    I got the message the MSVCR110.dll was missing I downloaded it from Microsoft and installed it. Rebooted and it still says it's missing. Now what?
