Windows 10: Toggle Keys not working

The Toggle Keys feature was working yesterday and now it isnt. NO beep when I press the CAPS lock key. The sound is working when I'm online and when I use other apps, so it's not the sound device. Toggle Keys is activated in settings.

To Turn On or Off Toggle Keys Tone

As you have an issue with sound on toggle keys, I suggest you to change the toggle keys settings
and check.

Steps:

• Press Windows key from keyboard and type
  Toggle.
• Select Hear a tone while pressing Caps lock, Num lock and Scroll lock.
• Under Toggle keys, change the settings and check.

If the issue still persists, Run troubleshooter from
Fix sound problems and check.

Toggle keys stopped working after Windows 10 update

• Access Settings from Start Menu.
• From Settings, click
  Ease of Access.
• Select Keyboard from the options.
• Cast a glance at the right pane of Keyboard. you can see
  Toggle Keys option with a slider.
• Switch the slider to On mode and activate the feature.

• Does this issue occur only while using the Microsoft Office Suite?
• What is the exact error message that you get?

Check if the Sticky Keys and Toggle keys are turned on. If yes, I suggest you to turn it off. To do so, follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + I and click on Ease of Access.
• Click on Keyboard tab.
• Turn off Sticky Keys and Toggle keys.
• Check if the issue persist.
