Windows 10: Blue Screen

Hello, I have the blue screen of death on my computer with code 0x000021a. The blue screen stays on for approximately 45 seconds and goes completely blank and I have to restart the computer over and over!!

I cannot get past this point at all. When I tried to restore to an earlier date, that's when the problem began. PLEASE HELP! THANKS VERY MUCH!!!
