    “Any information collected on this call may be transfered to other countries”


    Want to know what that means? Regardless of whether you pay Microsoft $149 a year for Assure Tech Support, or if you speak with tech support agents who ”help” you with a Windows issue for free, unlike Apple who provide their customers with free tech support from tech agents within the United States, Microsoft outsources their tech support issues to Indian criminals who are living in poverty who sell your information and phone number to other Indian criminals. You just gave up your legal right to take legal action against Microsoft because you didn’t immediately hang up when the recorded voice of the perky white lady warned you that you are now about to tell all of your computer problems and personal information (email, phone number) to criminals from another country, specifically India! After you give Microsofts Indian tech agents your phone number, they sell it to another Indian who may or may not work for Microsoft and they will never stop calling! They are trying convince you that Microsoft’s Indian switchboard just lite up telling them that you have a virus and they want you to give them remote access to your computer. What they use is the information (tech issue that you called about, personal email and phone number that you gave them) to get you to gain their trust and let them into your computer.


    Do not pay for Assure tech support! You will be giving your information to criminals! Do not get free help from Microsoft! You will be giving your infomation to criminals for free! If you make it past the recorded disclaimer when you called Microsoft, you have just signed your legal rights away because you didn’t hang up.

    they are indian callers i suggest downloading an app called Truecaller on your Cellphone if they are calling you there this Truecaller app will identify these phone numbers as Scammers
