  1. Access to data from Old domain profiles

Hi guys, I need some advise. We recently moved from one domain to another after our company was bought. so after joining a new domain, I'm unable to access the old data that was in the user account that belongs to the old domain, When I go to users folder under C drive, old account is showing but when I open it, I can only see appdata folder and no any other folders(Desktop,Documents etc..). I thought maybe it could be due to access but I get the same thing again when I login with a local admin account. I'm unable to retrieve users' data, this have never happened before, only two PC's are affected by this. some machines worked fine, I was able to move data from old profile to the new one. Any advise or assistance will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    :)

    Migrate Locale Profile to Domain

I removed my reply because watching those instructions on TechNet I started wondering if they really work with Windows 10.

Anyway, whatever you try create first a dummy profile, customize it a bit and move it to domain. If everything works, you can then move real profiles.

Access to data from Old domain profiles

Offline Files access after Domain Move

I moved a user to a new domain because he changed offices and cannot access the old domain. He has lost access to the offline files stored in C:\Windows\CSC\ under his user name for the old domain. How can we access them to move them to his new profile?
