Windows 10: Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 fails

I want my money back -- Bill Gates do you hear me? Quit writing about what a great teacher Feynman was and take a minute to either write me a cheque or come on over and fix it yourself.


This update install (Windows 10 or whatever) update consistently fails.

Not only that, but more and more glitches are appearing in the OS. I've spent hours and hours -- including virtual agents, email, phone calls - trying to fix this.

I'm so sick and tired of wasting my life simply trying to get a stupid computer to work properly.


You'd think it would be easy just to wipe off the crap and do a clean install of an updated Windows 10: But Noo.... you have to go through an even more ridiculously complicated process with various download tools which produce even more cryptic errors which begin with "Something went wrong"... and end up with error codes like 0x8007001f


If I buy a loaf of bread at the local supermarket that turns out to be moldy, all I have to do is return it with the receipt and they give me a fresh one.

And that's all I'm asking: PLEASE send me a nice new installation disk with a new copy right now.


No more infuriating "troubleshooting time-wasters, no more useless virtual agents, just a fresh version I may install.

And if you won't do that, then please issue a refund so I can go and buy Bill's biography (hardcopy, of course -- even he realizes it's more reliable)

i got feature update to windows 10 version,1809 but it is almost 2.14GB so how can i download if my internet daily is 1.5GB. If it fails to install it my internet will be wasted so please help me solve problem and it is safe for
my laptop of this version ?
