Windows 10: Win 10 keeps crashing and wont reset or restore.

Please can somebody help,


Im unable to use my computer as it crashes after about 30-60 seconds. I desperately need to get on with my tax return but am stuck


Reset does nothing and system restore gives me the message.


System restore failed to extract the file

(C:windows\System32\drivers\wd\wdboot.sys) from the restore point

an unspecified error occurred during the System Restore. (0x80071160)


Not being very tech savy have only done a system scan and updated all the drivers not sure where to go from here.

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?
