Windows 10: Lock screen no info about places

Hello! I have set my lock screen background to "Windows spotlight" but when I am at the lock screen information about the pictures that it shows or where they were is not included. So is there a way to enable the info to show up, because I really want to know where all these beautiful places are?

I suggest you to follow the Steps to set your default location and check if that helps.

1. Type Weather on search and click on setting (Gear icon)

2. Select your location and set as default.

Follow the Steps to set Weather app in lock screen.

• Type Lock screen setting in Search.
• Under Choose an app to show the detailed status.
• Select Weather; restart your computer

Lock screen woes

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to try resolving the issue.

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen
