    Windows 10 firewall and edge canary


    Does anyone know why windows defender firewall has to be running for microsoft edge canary to be able to load a show in netflix? Regular microsoft edge and IE can play shows on netflix without windows firewall being enabled. I'm using w10 1903.53 x64 en-us. Just a note: I can go to the netflix page and load it fine and even see the previews playing but when i click to play the show it goes to the picture of the show, looks like its gonna play but gets stuck with that red loading circle.

    Can Windows Firewall block outgoing connections yet? If not, it's one step above useless.

    yes i am sure i am having no issues with a router. this is at my work. and i only have issues with the windows 7 firewall.

    as for adding ports, i do it the same as what is listed in your picture.
