Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Not activated even after online payment at MS Store

Hi,

I desperately needed Windows 10 Pro on my system that had Win 10 Home edition.

However on following system instructions when I made the online payment at MS Store the system restarted but the OS has not changed. I checked it by running 'winver' . The system process took quite some time (10-15 mins) and restarted.. even I restarted it later couple of time..but all in vain.

I even got amount deducted and received order details on my mail. Am I missing something??

• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.
