Windows 10: Wacom Intuos Pro M Not working on Photoshop/Affinity Designer in Win10

Hi all,

I bought my Wacom in December last year, everything is fine until last Sunday.
I haven't use and unplug the Wacom around 2 weeks. When I plugin and open Photoshop, I found the pen pressure didn't work.

Then I searched some method on internet but nothing work.


I tried below methods:

1. Enable/Disable Window Ink
2. PSUserConfig.txt didn't work for me and the pen will stop working after switch back to Photoshop
3. Update the latest Driver/ Reinstall/ Install old version driver
4. Restart Wacom Service in Task/Service
5. Pen and Touch setting adjust
6. Reinstall Photoshop

Not just Photoshop, Pen Pressure even not working on Affinity Designer, but it works on Paint3D pencil tool.

Does anyone can help? It bother me and spend me 2 days to handle it!!!

Wacom Announces Technologically and Ergonomically Improved Intuos Pen Tablet

Today, Wacom announced a new, significantly upgraded version of its Intuos pen tablet for creative beginners and enthusiasts. Bundled with software for drawing, painting and image editing, the new Intuos tablet offers an immediate start into digital art. Anyone interested in getting creative on a digital level will be able to enjoy a natural pen experience, improved accuracy and enhanced online navigation capability. Ambitious comic and Manga fans, hobby painters and photographers just need to download a software of choice to "get creative."

Upon purchase of the new Wacom Intuos, users can download up to $160 worth of creative software, including Corel Painter Essentials 6 for design and illustration, CELSYS CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO for comic and Magna creation and Corel AfterShot 3 for photo editing. Numerous video tutorials by Wacom, Corel and Celsys will help users get started.

New Intuos features include built-in wireless Bluetooth integration on some models, and three color choices. Available in small and medium sizes, all models have the same active tablet area as previous versions but with a smaller footprint and lighter weight. A built-in pen tray, four express keys, an LED indicator and in the Bluetooth models a 60 percent improvement on battery life rounds out the upgrade.

The included pen boasts 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, battery-free Wacom EMR technology, and an improved ergonomic design with increased weight and soft touch grip area, in-pen nib compartment and nib extractor.

Adobe Photoshop+ Wacom problem with the KB4089848 update

I have the same issue with Wacom Intuos tablet. Also Photoshop.

When I'm trying to draw vertical lines Photoshop thinks like I'm trying to drag my canvas (like I'm doing a drag gesture). Horizontal lines work fine. Several people reported this problem on Photoshop forums (I can provide some links), some suggested to
uninstall KB4089848 -- and sure thing: uninstalling the update resolved the issue immediately!

I'm using the last version of Photoshop, the last version of Wacom driver. Partial workaround is to disable Windows Handwriting option in Wacom Tablet Settings, but it would kill stilys pressure detection, which is not an option for me.

 

My wacom intuos CTL-490 won't work on my new HP pavilion

The Wacom intuos is connected and listed as a device and the light (which signals that it is connected) is on, however when I try to move the cursor with the tablet, nothing happens. I have already tried uninstalling the device, restarting the computer and
changing the stylus's pen nib, but nothing has worked yet.

any suggestions?
