Windows 10: Consistent blank blue screen

Hello,


I've recently reset my laptop and have started to regularly experience a blank blue screen on startup. The laptop fully boots up and instead of the lock screen, I am sometimes greeted with a blank blue screen. It is fully blank, no error message, no cursor, nothing. It however, responds to the Ctrl+Shift+Esc and Ctrl+Alt+Del commands, which is how I rid myself of the issue every time. The blue screen does not come back right after a restart, but pops up again a few boots later. I have tried sfc /scannow many times already, as well as in safe mode and am looking for a permanent fix to this, as it is quite annoying.
