Windows 10: QCA9377 wireless adapter options not showing the "prefererred network" tab.

I want to set my network adapter band to 5.2GHz but I am unable to locate the preferred network tab in the Qualcomm network adapter settings and I've checked that my adapter hardware is capable for the 5.2GHz band.

Wireless Adapter not working

Method 1:

Step 1: Update network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Update option.
• Restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to uninstall the network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Uninstall.
• Restart the computer for automatic installation of network adapters and check if the changes are effective.

Please follow this procedure:

1. Press WINDOWS + X

2. Click on "Device Manager"

3. Click on "Network adapter"

4. Right click on your Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter

5. Click on "Properties"

6. Click on "Advanced" tab

7. Check the list until you find a value to enable 5Ghz and enable it

If you have problem finding 5Ghz option, please post here a screenshoot and I'll help you find it.
