    Video pauses every few sec and slow


    I had an issue with errors and has MS help me. They ended up removing and replacing my windows. Since that time streaming videos pause every few seconds if I click on a link it sometimes freezes and computer is eay slow loading. Same issue no matter the browser. I have worked with several MS techs since who have said various things. Long story short... I have reinstalled windows, repaired widows now and reset my computer for the 3rd time. The resets are taking 4-6 hours plus!! I have done and they have done all of the basics right up to the resets. I never had any of these issues before getting windows removed and reinstalled. I am not so tech savvy but damn... Something is wrong and it seems like a video or flash player (updated and removed/reinstalled) kind of thing?? Idk... I just want my computer back!!

    Pause Botton Absent during Video Recording

    The Video Recording option do not have Pause button. So we have to continuously record with chances of recording unwanted scenes too. Is there any solution to this problem. Or kindly suggest other video recording app with pause option.

    Video pauses in Netflix app, and Chrome

    Thanks for the reply, but you didn't read my entire post.

    Video does not just pause in the Netflix for Windows App, it also pauses in Chrome and in Internet Explorer. I have not fully tested Edge yet though. The reason why I was using IE is because the first time I tried to play a video from the Amazon site in the Edge
    browser there was an error.

    There are no pauses using Firefox browser.

    To be clear, video pauses momentarily in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer (used purely for testing purposes) and the Netflix App. It does not appear to be pausing in Firefox browser. Video can pause on video's being played in Amazon and YouTube. It is
    not an issue that is affecting only the Netflix App.

    Is there an updated video driver for the surface 3 that is Windows 10 certified?

    Any suggestions??
