Windows 10: We're having some trouble downloading updates. Restarting your device

I don't understand why but I'm getting this error after a few weeks not using the OS. "after it was updated" (since I mostly use windows 7 under a dual boot setup.) This is pretty much almost a clean install btw.

anyways you can see from this picture I attached...

My windows is not updating and asks me to reboot I've rebooted several times now with the same effect.

Also I thought hey I can try to use the Windows update mini tool instead just to update. it give me this error
Downloading updates: Failed (0x80240022)

As you can see I get no errors back from DISM/SFC

I also want to point out I have tried to reset windows update using this thread below:

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
