Windows 10: Bluetooth music pedal won't connect

Discus and support Bluetooth music pedal won't connect in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have a windows 10 PC, and am trying to connect a Strich Bluetooth music pedal BT-N2.     Bluetooth music pedal won't connect


    I have a windows 10 PC, and am trying to connect a Strich Bluetooth music pedal BT-N2.

    It appears in the "Add a device" window as Bluetooth Music Pedal (Input). When clicked it says "Connecting..." but after a few seconds gives the message "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again."

    The device itself is fully charged and switched on (via a manual slider switch). When first switch on it goes through a lengthy "pairing and synchronization" process of flashing lights; when that finishes, all lights are off. I've tried connecting at the end of that process, or at other stages during the process, including when the device is just switched on.


    None of the online solutions I've found so far work, nor do the troubleshooting options in the manual.


    In "More Bluetooth options" the Discovery box is checked. No other bluetooth devices are connected (my keyboard and mouse are both wired).

    N97 Bluetooth disappeared, won´t start again

    Today without any reason the Bluetooth disappeared, and it won´t start anymore from the connections menu. Any clue where to start looking. Software V20, and no new update available.
