Windows 10: Are theres books out there that may help as a support tech?

I know these forums and Google is all I really need. Any of you have a book on hand to use as a reference if needed? MCSA guide?

May I ask what the Support was related to? Was it a Windows Media Player issue, Windows Server issue, Windows Update issue?

Do you remember the name of the MS Support person you received the information from?

David Pogue writes books Tech Articles For years he's written books on Missing Manuals for Windows, Mac, etc...

Hi,

I have gotten help form MS support reps with helpful steps and screen shots, and at at the bottom their was text

that said something like " these steps are from the book ..... by ......

does anyone know the title of the book and the author? this author is a WINDOWS guru, some of the steps were at the command prompt as well.

I wouldn't mind reading this book to get more knowledge on how to fix my windows OS, when if have problems

this book should cover win XP to 10 one would think , so many things have carried over from XP to win 10.

win 10 gives you more options
