Windows 10: Windows 10 (19H1) doesn't want to recognize my bought digital license Professional

Can anyone from Microsoft support help me?


The problem is that about half year ago I bought digital Pro license for Windows 10 in Store (I have all necessary documentation, in my Live ID account is shown paid order for that and also I have an email confirming the purchase). But yesterday I've re-installed Windows 10 (19H1) on my laptop (no hardware changes, a usb flash drive with OS was created with latest Media Creation Tool) and after logged-in into my Live ID (MS) account I got information that I have Windows 10 Home for Single Language and a license was taken from my Microsoft account. There is no Troubleshoot button on activation page (in Settings->Update & Security->Activation), the system just doesn't want to recognize my bought license.


Might anyone help to solve this issue???


I'm ready to provide all necessary info about the purchase, including, screenshot of paid order in Store, an email from Microsoft and Order number.

Bought used computer with digital windows 10 pro license which computer fails to recognize

Hey. So I bought a used computer with a digital Windows 10 pro license. After formatting the drives I began a clean installation, however I accidentally chose Windows 10 home instead of pro. Now Windows is complaining that I haven't activated my Windows,
and it's giving me the error code: 0x803F7001. Troubleshoot isn't helping either, it just says something like "couldn't activate Windows on this computer".

So I figure either I have been scammed and this computer doesn't have a digital license, which seems weird because he showed me that the license was activated before I reset and formatted the computer. Or it's some kind of bug where it doesn't recognize
the pro license because I'm running a home version. I could just format it again and do a clean install of pro this time and hope it recognizes the license then, but that seems like a hassle and I wish there was a easier way which includes me keeping all of
my files.

I would appreciate any help or ideas.

 

Circumvent a digital license?


We bought a Dell Inspiron that shipped with Windows 10 Home installed and a digital license. I am trying to get Windows 10 Pro on it so I can join our domain. I've tried entering our legitimate Pro key, and I'm told it isn't valid. Anytime I try a clean install, it, as expected, skips the OS choice and goes right to Home. I have no option to pick.

I'm also struggling to find a Windows 10 Pro (only Pro) .iso.

So, any suggestions on how to get around this? I'd love to wipe the digital license clean, but I believe that's stored on the motherboard.
