Windows 10: microsoft photos exporting issues

Hi, ive just spent about 5 hours doing a video on photos and now every time i try to export it it loads for about a second and then just comes up with "we've saved your video here" and its a completely unreadable video that doesnt play and no matter what size i try and save it in it wont export and ive tried everything and changed my settings to try and fix it but nothing worked. why wont it export?

I suggest you to follow the below steps & check if it helps.

If you were using other application apart from file explorer, you may follow the below steps to export to pen drive/flash drive.

• Open the location where the Photos are located using File Explorer.
• Select the files you want to Export.
• Right click on the file and select ‘Send to’ from its context menu.
• Now select the Jump drive from the sub menu.
• Once the transfer is done, you may open the jump hard disk drive from the File Explorer and check if the file is present there.

exporting photos to a "Used city site"?

• Which browser are you using to exporting photos from "Used city site"?
  

I suggest you to access the website exporting photos to a "Used city site" in Internet Explorer and check whether the issue persists or not.

Unable to export videos using Photos application

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are unable to export videos using Photo application, let us try few troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Refer the article on Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Photo application.

To do that,

1. Click on Start icon.
2. Type Windows PowerShell.
3. Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
4. Type the following command and press Enter: Get-AppxPackage *Photos* | Remove-AppxPackage

Restart the computer and reinstall Microsoft Photos app from Microsoft Store.
