Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing

When I right click on the desktop windows freezes for a while or forever.

When I left click on a file in a folder, or when I left click on a folder windows freezes.

I had to use Alt-Ctrl-Delete to shut down in the middle of one of these freezes last night, now when I boot up and enter my password, it just sits there with a black screen doing nothing.

So I had to use Alt-Ctrl-Delete Shift restart to enter safe mode to do this BS.


I might add that windows has been do this to me for over a month now. I have gone through every tutorial I can find to stop this and its just gotten worse.

Anyone know how to fix this?
