    printing in grayscale

I can get the printer properties to show up. it isn't showing a color option. under the original settings, I was printing in color with no problem. i first got the gray scale by using Printer Properties, clicking the Advanced button, turning on High Quality
Grayscale, then clicking OK for this option.

now, i can't find anything that will allow me to return to color. when i try clicking on Turn Grayscale Off, it won't allow me to turn it off and return to color.

i'm still looking through the links you provided, in case i missed something.

EDIT: when trying this with pictures under the print options, it claims that it's already set for printing in color. yet, i still get gray scale.

printing documents in grayscale instead of color

I have went to my control panel and right clicked on my printer and went to printer preferences and then to advanced and there is no option to change to grayscale from color. I also went to printer properties and went through every tab and advanced button
and still no options to change to grayscale. I also downloaded the Epson print application and it will not let me print what I need to and I do not see an option to use the app to print certain items for work from web or if I save what I need printed I can
not find it when I search for the saved document in my files to print.

I know that changing to grayscale it still uses color ink but I want to minimize the use of the colored ink. how else can I get my computer (Lenovo ideapad 100s) to print in grayscale to my printer (Epson wf-3620)?
