Windows 10: Error 0xc000014c

I was attempting to change my HDMI cord and accidentally unplugged my desktop while it was starting up. I got the 0xc000014c error. I downloaded windows 10 media creation on a usb from my windows 8 laptop but it doesn’t do anything when I plug it into my pc. Plus when i try to do any of the suggested commands my keyboard doesn’t respond to anything. I know my keyboard is working but it doesn’t respond to ANYTHING.


please help this computer was a christmas gift

I've tried this but get, "the system cannot find the path specified", after inputting each CMD line.
