Windows 10: Forza Horinzon 4 won't Launch on my Pc

I bough a Copy of FH4, and after of 72GB download, the game just show me the logo for 3 sec and disapear. I tried reset game, reset windows, reset Xbox app, uninstall and re-install again and nothing happen, follow on forza forum all solution and nothing happen. There is not magic at all, the game still death. I re-install the newest Windows version, a clear install. And now its show up something like this " This App cant open. Check the Windows Store for more info about Forza Horizon 4. {see in store} " and a logo of the game. What should i do now, i paid 59,9$ and got a death game and 70GB of Trash huh? this game cant refund, damn it. I found out most of people out there has the same of my stupid trouble, and there is no solution.

Ps

My system is Core-i5 4440. Rx480. 8GB of Ram, 3x500GB HDD and 1903 Windows version. Windows is clear install, just have Origin, Steam, Uplay. All game install on Origin is playing fine, Steam is too

Meanwhile, let us follow these methods and check if that works for you.

Method 1: You could also try to lower the screen resolution to see if the game launches fine.

Further, suggest you to put the PC in a
clean boot state and check if the issue persists. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or
program.

Note: Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.

Method 2: Suggest you to update the graphics card via Device Manager and check if that works for you. Refer to the steps under the section ‘Update
the device driver’ from this article.

Note: If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

Further, you can also check the event viewer logs to know the error details. Event viewer is the integrated logging system of almost all things that happen in (and on) your computer.
There are literally hundreds of categories and thousands of logs.

Forza Horizon 4 Download won`t stop

Hi I have the same problem like a lot of people too: my forza download just won`t stop its size is 62GB and i allready downloaded 140GB.

I cant even find an option to restart the download or something. How do I fix this?

I tried things like troubleshooter, wsreset, sign out sign in and a lot more, nothing helped.
