Windows 10: system mechanic

Discus and support system mechanic in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; i bought this PC performance disk for this computer my wife got from her grand parents and i cant seem to get the thing do do what its post to do...     Outlook and System Mechanic

    Interestingly, I uninstalled System Mechanic, uninstalled and reinstalled Office 365 (including Outlook), without resolution. I then contacted Dell and spent 2 hours allowing remote access, with no solution except to contact Microsoft for a "software patch".
    I then spent 2 hours allowing Microsoft remote access, with no solution except to suggest maybe I had some malware that wasn't being picked up by my Norton antivirus. I finally had to bid adieu so I could get some sleep, and I guess I'll contact them again
    later to continue the saga - still no solution.

    System Mechanic Pro Crash Logs


    I've noticed the same issue since System Mechanic wanted to install an update. Iolo.com support suggested reinstalling the app, but it did no good. They have not responded to further inquiries about how to fix the problem. It's very annoying.

    Do any of you use SYSTEM MECHANICS?


    I bought System Mechanic a couple of years ago. I didn't know at the time that it was only good for one year. The "customer support" is terrible. It messed up my PC bad. I don't use it any more. I suggest, leave it alone.
