Windows 10: microsoft family time limit, without any family accounts?

ok so basically my old account (closing rn) was prevoiusly a part of a microsoft family account, listed as a child and there was a 2 hour time limit set from years back when my account was controlled by my dad. but i signed in with it (forgetting it was a child account) and since have removed it from the family via my father. but there is still a two hour time limit and because i dont have the administrator password (computer in question belongs to my dad's boss, who isnt happy, and dosent have the administrator password either) i cant sign it out, it being a primary account?

tldr, i have a two hour time limit on a former child account that is getting closed and im pissed it wont get off

1. Remove the child account from your Microsoft Family account and add it back.

2. Go to your adult account on the Family page, and toggle off/on time set limits for your son account.
