Windows 10: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after installing may 2019 update

Hello,


i dont see whats wrong never had an issue as i had my custom built PC for 2 years now, but i keep getting this blue screen after i installed 1903 update with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL previous update is perfect i dont know what happened. If anyone has an idea i would appreciate it. Thank you.

The error code 'irql_not_less_or_equal’ indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

I suggest you try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Download and install the latest firmware driver form the manufacturer’s website.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
