Windows 10: Network Speed Test app from Windows stopped to work correctly

Discus and support Network Speed Test app from Windows stopped to work correctly in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; Hi, have been using this app for years and was pretty stisfied with it.     Network Speed Test app from Windows stopped to work correctly


    Hi, have been using this app for years and was pretty stisfied with it. But from january 2019 it doesnt work correctly? I have upgraded my internet speed from 20 to 50 Mbit down/up. The app shows the uploading speed correctly but the download speed stops at apr 1.5 Mbit every time I messure??
    I know it shows wrong because I tested to send and upload from servers with ftp, taking time manually... and it proof the speed is more than 50 Mbit downstream.
    Do you support this app anymore?

    1) Do you receive any error message, while trying to access Network Speed test app?

    2) What is the make and model of your computer?

    As per your query, I suggest you to app troubleshooter for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Type troubleshooting in the
      Search       area on the taskbar.

    • Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.

    • Select Windows store Apps.

    • Follow the on screen instruction.
