Windows 10: Laptop Keyboard not working in Windows 10 Home Single Language

Laptop keyboard not working in windows 10. Although, the keyboard is working well in safe mode or in BIOS. As and when Windows 10 OS is starting, the keyboard doesn't respond at all. I have already reset my PC using the preloaded windows but still, the keyboard isn't working at all. I have tried updating the keyboard driver as well. When I'm using the USB keyboard, keyboards functions are working absolutely fine. What is the possible solution to this problem?

Is there any problem with the keyboard registry file in the windows setup file only? Please suggest how to proceed forward?

  What is the make and model of the wireless keyboard?
  
• 
  Is the keyboard layout changed or the complete Windows interface is changed to Arabic?
  
• 
  Are you able to login to the computer?
  
• 
  Have you installed Windows 10 with single language edition?
  

To confirm, if it is single language edition you have to reinstall the Operating System or if it is multiple language you have to download the language pack of your choice and make it as default.

If only the wireless keyboard layout has changed then, I suggest you to add a keyboard layout in Windows 10 from the below steps:

  Type settings in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Go to Time & language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language.
  
• 
  Choose the language you wish to add as keyboard layout.
  
• 
  Click on Options.
  
• 
  Click on Add a keyboard.
  
• 
  Select the keyboard layout you want to add.
  
• 
  Restart your computer.

How to replace a language in Windows 10 Single Language ?

To change the language, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Go to settings.
• Time & Language.
• Region & Language.
• Add a language. Select required language (UK English/US English).

Make it default by clicking on it and choosing "set as default". Go to options and download language pack.
