not able to connect wi fi direct from windows -10 pc to android samsung a9......both gadgets are able to find each other but not able to connect

Further more investigation show that while it hangs installing the device it probably looks for a direct Wi-Fi connection , when I go to wireless networks it shows me the direct connection name , The problem is I don't know the password *Rolleyes (maybe it's the pin number I supposed to get? so the module could be bugged in the Android cellphone - customized ROM).
I tried the 8 chars at end of connection name (SSID) X360PPD9 but it's not the password.
Any suggestions ?

OK I found the problem but I still can't fix it.
When I went to "Devices and Printers" I saw a shade of my cellphone name (picture attached)
When I removed it and pressed "Add Device" it recognized my cellphone the Wi-Fi direct dialog in my cellphone said enter this pin to connect to other device but there was pin (no digitis or number) then when presses connect from my cellphone my PC started "installing the device" which hangs for several minutes (picture attached) finishes and keep the device in a shady/blurred icon (not connected).

Where is the problem ? in my cellphone dialog (no pin) or in the PC ?

 

Direct connection to another PC while connected to Wi-Fi

I have 2 Windows 10 PCs connected to the same Wi-Fi network in the same room. I regularly need to access file shares on PC1 from PC2 and vice versa, being on Wi-Fi this is very slow.

I'd like to create a direct ethernet connection between the two (in order to speed up file sharing) whilst maintaining the Wi-Fi connection for internet connectivity.

I've tried various configurations in Network Connections with the bridge adapter to no avail. Results end up breaking internet connectivity for one or both of the machines, or breaking the direct connection between the two.

Is there a way to do this without buying a router to create a second network between to two computers? Unfortunately these PCs are too far away from any network ports to the current router.
