Windows 10: Not able to play online games

I purchased the xbox game pass today and downloaded it so i had to download the newest windows update. After i downloaded the update i cant play games online. i can use google like i am right now. i can watch youtube fine. I tried to play overwatch and minecraft but they just tell me i am offline. The same goes for when i launched the steam app, it said i was offline. Discord is also not letting me hear or talk.

• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

Not able to play games, keeps saying that it is incompatible and it doesn't load the game anymore.

This issue might have caused due to the outdated drivers of the Graphics display card.

If that doesn't help uninstall and reinstall latest graphic driver from manufacturer's website.

Xbox Play anywhere games

I uninstalled and re-installed the game. The freezing is still happening.
