Windows 10: Acer Aspire R3-131T can't see USB-Boot-Media

Hello!
My wife since 2016 has an Acer Aspire R3-131T netbook, 500Gb HDD, 4GB RAM. It became very slow with time, especially at boot. My wife get nervous, beats the buttons, but it certainly does not add speed. She does not want a new computer, so I decided to upgrade the RAM to 8Gb and instead of HDD to install SSD 500Gb.
With "Acronis True Image 11 Home" i created backup of all HDD partitions and created an USB-Boot Media. Preliminarily USB has been formatted in FAT32. Before changing of hardware i wanted to check the function of prepared USB. In BIOS menu Boot priority set to USB-HDD, but the problem is that the Netbook kann't see USB !! And during Boot sequence Netbook just "ignore" it and starts Windows from HDD.
I tried to check function of this Boot-USB on other Notebook with Windows 7: Acronis Recovery started from USB. So, it was ok with USB.
What I noticed, the notebook HP with Windows 7 in the BIOS just opposite USB writes the manufacture name, but Acer netbook with Windows 10 writes... nothing! It does not see USB??
Can someone tell me how I should transfer the saved backup (mirror) of old HDD after replacing against SSD?

Can't Boot with USB on Acer R3 131T

I had checked the fs. It was ntfs. Can't remember if I used the Windows Media Builder or Rufus to create it. But I tried to boot using a FAT32 boot media(Macrium Reflect) and it did not boot. I will build a new USB Boot Disk using the Media Creation Tool and give it a shot, but thus far nothing seems to be working.

My assumption is that USB HDD should be what boots and not USB Floppy or USB CDROM

I take it the Windows Media Creation Tool will download the latest version of Windows 10(1709)!!????

 

Can't Boot with USB on Acer R3 131T


My brother bought a Acer ultrabook(I call it a dud-book) that came with Windows 10. The problem is that these morons installed the OS on a tiny 32GB eMMc drive. The result is that there is a space issue while trying to update to the latest Windows. He tried to reset the computer back to, or close to factory default and the computer failed to succeed in doing this and gave him a BRICK instead! All attempts to get something running or restored have failed.

I am not really concerned with what WAS on the Drive as I was planning to do a clean install of the latest edition of 10 via USB.This is where I ran into a snag. I can't seem to boot from the USB despite altering the boot sequence in the BIOS or via the Windows Boot Menu(No USB option shows up)

The device is an Acer R3 131T Ultrabook and I have not been able to find any help. Google is being tight-lipped regarding a solution. Anyone wish to help me turn this BRICK into a sad excuse for a computer??? *Banghead
