Windows 10: GoPro7 not detected by Quik

Hi,
I have contacted already Dell and Gopro and havent found solution that would work for me.
So this is my last hope to solve this issue. To see posts there see the links:

BAsicly laptop detects GoPro and it shows it as "GoPro MTP Client Disk Volume" in explorer and I can browse files, but application from GoPro named Quik doesnt detect that my GoPro has been pluged in, so I cannot backup videos with application which I really like.

Also when I connected USB-C to HDMI adapter didnt work, but it did on another computer and it did show TV as MTP device, so my personal idea would be that there is a problem how windows see my device.

Windows phone is not detecting

I suggest you to connect the phone to another computer and check if it gets detected. Also, check if the phone gets detected by connecting with a different USB cable.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
  
• Click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Laptop display does not detect itself

Hi,

In regards to your concern, since the second screen can't detect the display settings of your other laptop, we suggest that you perform the steps below and see if it helps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on System.
• Under System, choose Display.
• Under Multiple displays, click on Duplicate these displays and apply.

Quik for desktop error - "MFPlat.dll is missing”

I have tried to install GoPro Quik (GoPro_Quik-WinInstaller-2.3.0.5383.exe),
but after installation I can't run it. The browser opened this website (https://gopro.com/help/articles/Sol.../Quik-for-desktop-error-MFPlat-dll-is-missing), but I have installed the media pack (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...edition-of-windows-10-version-1703-april-2017)
and I can't use the program. How can solve it?
