Windows 10: CANT CONNET TO ETHERNET OR HOTSPOT PROPERLY

When I want to connect my PC with ETHERNET or HOTSPOT to use internet it doesn't connect properly . It automatically disconnect and connect disconnect and connect. I also use troubleshoot , update driver etc but my problem remain same. when I work on my PC my internet connection suddenly automatically disconnect and doesn't work properly . Please give me anyone permanent solution please

Mobile Hotspot

even after updating to version 1607. i am unable to share it says "We can't setup mobile hotspot because you pc doesnt have ethernet connection". But I have an ethernet connection.

We appreciate that you have tried the suggested steps above. Have you tried to connect other devices to the mobile hotspot on your PC?

Since the issue is still the same, we suggest that you uninstall/reinstall the network adapter driver and check if this will resolve the issue. Follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for Network adaptor and click on it expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the generic network adapter driver.
  

We can also update the network adapter driver. Skip step 3 from the above steps and right click on the device and click on update.

Hotspot

There are certain cases that the Internet sharing is incorrectly linked with the WiFi adapter instead of the mobile hotspot which can cause the error message above. To rectify this, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the
  network icon in your taskbar and select Open Network & Internet Settings.
• Click on Change adapter options
  under Change your network settings. This will show all your adapters and connections.
  
• Right-click on the
  Ethernet connection and select Properties.
• Click the Sharing tab.
  
• Uncheck the option,
  Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection. If it is already unchecked, skip this step.
  
• Try to restart your mobile hotspot afterwards and reconnect by following the procedures on this article:
  
  Use your PC as a mobile hotspot.
