Windows 10: Hi about Microsoft and Xbox store in Mongolia.

Hi am from Mongolia and i wanted to buy Xbox game pass with international USD card but it doesn't works. And my card doesn't works to buy anything from Microsoft store (note: card works on steam, humble bundle, origin, amazon, uplay, battle.net etc.). Is this some restriction or something? I am trying to buy things in US dollar and those prices are same as US prices. Or i am doing something wrong? i tried contacting XBOX customer support and they couldn't help me to complete my transaction in windows store.

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.

Xbox one / Microsoft store

Hi Chad2435,

If you're connected to Xbox Live, then you should normally be able to access the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One. Let's try to isolate the issue by performing the following solutions below:

Solution 1: Power cycle your Xbox One console.

• Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. 
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
• Plug the console power cable back in.
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Solution 2: Clear the storage cache on the console.

• Press the menu key on the controller.
• Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  
• In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  
• Select Clear persistent storage.

Solution 3: Clear MAC address on your Xbox One to refresh network setting.

• Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  
• Select Settings.  
• Select All Settings.  
• Select Network.  
• Select Network settings.  
• Select Advanced settings.  
• Select Alternate MAC address.  
• Select Clear.

Can't Login to Store/Xbox/

As I understand from your information you are not able login in windows store as well in Xbox.

I would suggest you to run windows apps troubleshooter to resolve windows store issue.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
  
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.
  

To resolve Xbox issue I would suggest you to post your query in Xbox forum. We have dedicated team which deals with all these kinds of issues.
