Windows 10: why won't my minecraft windows 10 download?

I log into microsoft and search minecraft and it says its available to download. When i click on "install on my devises" it pops up what appears to be my laptop so i click on the check box and i hit install but every time I click on it it tells me "thank you, we are trying to install on your selected device" and then nothing else happens. what do i do?

Method 1:

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + R keys to open run box.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to disable Antivirus software/ Firewall and check if it helps.

1) Please make sure to re-enable Antivirus software after performing troubleshooting steps.

Trying to download minecraft for windows 10
