Windows 10: Minecraft for windows 10 code claims to be already claimed

I have zero memory of redeeming it and it's not redeemed to my only microsoft account. I don't think I've been hacked; is there anyway to see what account it was redeemed to, or to get another copy?

Minecraft for Windows 10 Code Already Claimed but Game is Not Owned.

I tried to claim Minecraft for Windows 10 on my Account using the code I got because I purchased Minecraft in September 2012, but it says the code was already claimed on January 4th, 2016, how-ever the Microsoft store doesn't show that I own the game and
I can only play the trial. It also doesn't show in my order history at all. And I'm pretty sure I don't have any other Microsoft accounts.

Can someone help me solve this so I can actually play the game I should technically own?

 

Minecraft window 10 said it was claimed when I never claimed it

My code for Minecraft Microsoft 10 ver said that it was already claimed, yet i just now found about my free version of Microsoft 10. I own the Java edition since 2011 and never attempt to use the code until now. since I didn't even know that I had the
code. Is there any way to fix it?

This issue requires contacting support, let them put you through a tier 2 support so they can investigate your Microsoft Account, because that is likely where the issue lies why you can't redeem it.

Is Minecraft for Windows 10 included with the purchase of Minecraft: Java Edition?

Players who have purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can get Minecraft for Windows 10 for free by visiting their Mojang account. Log into
Mojang Account, and under the “My Games” heading you will find a button to claim your gift code. If you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition after October 19th, 2018, the button will not be there,
so if you’re unsure of when you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition, that’s a good way to check. Pressing the button will generate a token and send you to a Microsoft redemption page.

to find out about account migration. Once you’ve migrated your account, you will be able to claim a code for Minecraft for Windows 10.

You must be signed into a Microsoft/Xbox Live account in order to redeem the code. Please note that you cannot move the license once the code has been redeemed. Your code is saved on your Mojang account page for future reference.
