Windows 10: Can't sign into windows store or add fingerprint

I was recently having an issue with my keyboard, i tried resetting my laptop to try and fix the issue. This has just cost more problems as i can now no longer sign into the store app, the app had to be manually re downloaded and now whenever i try to sign in its just a blank screen with "Let's get you signed in' there's no option to add an email or password. I also cannot sign into the xbox app as well as add a fingerprint sign in option. Is there anything I can do to fix this without needing another restart. This is what I see when trying to sign in.

Step 1: Roll back drivers / use default drivers

• Open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button and choosing Device Manager from the list.
• Locate your fingerprint driver and double click it to open its properties.
• Click the Roll Back Driver button.

This will install the previously installed driver instead of the one you’re currently using.

To go back to the default drivers do the following:

• Open Device Manager.
• Find your fingerprint scanner driver.
• Right-click it and choose Uninstall device.
• Check Delete the driver software for this device and click
  Uninstall.

Step 2: Update your drivers

It's often better to use the latest driver optimized for Windows 10, so make sure that you visit your fingerprint scanner manufacturer and check for latest Windows 10 drivers.

• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
